The basic tenets of Nibblers

sustainable small plates

small circles of friends & family  --- small communities in big cities

small family owned farms  --- small artisan dairies & bakeries

small neighborhood centers ---  small, intimate restaurants

many small plates of irresistible food

This is the essence of

A neighborhood destination for international small plates & eclectic wines in Pleasant Hill
Don’t come in with someone you don’t really like, because we’re going to get you to share an experience, not just a meal.

Whether you’re sampling one of Diablo Magazine’s favorite “hot off the barbie” tiger shrimp, or the chicken & apple gyoza that “made it all happen” for Jonathan Kaufman of the East Bay Express,

When you come in to enjoy our food, you’ll be eating the freshest available ingredients prepared with care and attention to allow you a delightful nibbling experience. Our menu changes weekly, to take full advantage of seasonal produce & seafood, and to give our guests the opportunity to taste foods from around the world.

We strive to produce traditional, artisan international small plate specialties from the highest quality local sources.  We buy organic & sustainable products whenever possible, & support local family farmers & farmers’ markets. Our meat, dairy & eggs come from small producers using humane, sanitary methods.

purchases seafood according to the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch guidelines and we offer free copies of their pocket guide.

With over 40 wines by the glass, all available in wine flights and over 200 wines on the menu, our wine bar is equipped to give you an experience you’ll enjoy; perhaps trying out a new winery or even a varietal you may not have heard of before.

Many of our wines have been made from organic or biodynamically grown grapes. And our reserve selections allow your experience to be one to remember forever.

For those that prefer other refreshments, we offer international beers, both on tap and bottled, cocktails made with Soju -- a Korean alcohol similar to vodka -- and premium sakes.

Our non-alcoholic concoctions are delicious, refreshing, and there are more options than you might be used to choosing from.
